This post will tell it all — how ENTJs fall in love, date, commit, marry, and, sometimes, break up. ENTJs — both men and women — are naturally competitive and want to have a partner with better than average looks.
People with this personality type have lofty goals, and they will not allow emotions to ruin their plans, no matter how painful it may be. Similarly, their partners always know where they stand in terms of the relationship as the ENTJ likes to keep things clear and dislikes ambiguity.
Because they are always in a hurry to get things done, they may sometimes appear insensitive and inattentive to their partners. On the other hand, ENTJs can be sentimental and romantic — the two qualities they are aware of and actively try to keep under control.

Another interesting characteristic of ENTJ relationships is that they will not make a lot of promises to their partners and will surprise them instead. A typical ENTJ will not go on and on about his or her future plans and things they can do for you — they prefer to prove themselves with action instead.
Similarly, they expect their partners to pull their own weight financially and contribute to the household to the degree that is culturally appropriate. With their typical achievement orientation, they set goals for their children and provide them with all necessary support — be that tutors, books, or additional classes. Sometimes ENTJs may have difficulty striking a healthy balance between their personal and professional lives. At times, they can become so preoccupied with their career that they neglect their families and their needs.
Another important point is that ENTJ men and women expect to maintain their mental independence and ability to decide for themselves throughout the relationship.
